咖哩鱼CURRY FISH

Follow The Directions咖喱鱼是一道风味独特的菜肴,它将咖喱的浓郁香气与鱼的鲜美相结合,创造出一道令人垂涎的美食。咖喱鱼的制作方式可以根据个人口味和所用的咖喱粉或咖喱酱的不同而有所变化。
提示:鱼可选择不炸。
Step 1
用少许盐和栗米粉腌鱼,然后炸至金黄色。Lightly season fish with a little salt and corn flour. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 2
用热油爆香香料B,然后加入香料A,炒至出油。Heat oil and sauté spice B until fragrant. Add spice A and continue to fry until oil rises.
Step 3
加入椰浆和羊角豆,小火煮至滚。Add coconut milk,ladies fingers and simmer until it comes to a slow gentle boil.
Step 4
加入鱼、大葱、青辣椒及优葛,继续焖煮一会才加入调味料,试味后再煮约一分钟即可盛出。Add in fish, onion, green chilli and yoghurt. Allow to simmer for a while. Add in seasoning to taste then cook for a minute before dishing out to serve.
